The homeowners were referred by an attorney and were fortunate to secure this rare private lot through a direct sale. Zoned for four bedrooms, the 33,797 sq. ft. parcel offered both flexibility and challenge — but after clearing the site, our team discovered something incredible: unobstructed pond and ocean views that shaped the entire orientation of the home.

Inside, the owner’s suite was redesigned to include a larger walk-in closet, while the common bath features an iron soaking tub with a custom tile surround, blending comfort with craftsmanship.
