Carrying on the legacy of the Mulligan family builders, he officially founded Absolute Building Consultants to provide a trusted, client-focused approach to home construction. Over the years, Michael has built hundreds of homes — from custom residences on single lots to full-scale subdivisions — always with the same attention to detail and commitment to excellence.

Today, Absolute Building Consultants continues to thrive as a cornerstone in the Plymouth community. Michael is proud to teach his youngest son, Shane Mulligan, the craft of home building, ensuring that the family tradition will carry forward into the next generation.
