Project Overview
Arbor Ridge is a 63-acre residential community in Plymouth, MA developed and built by Absolute Building Consultants. This signature neighborhood includes 28 custom homes designed for modern living near the water, with peaceful surroundings just off the Ponds of Plymouth subdivision.
From the earliest stages of planning to final completion, Absolute Building Consultants oversaw every phase of development — land acquisition, engineering, permitting, and construction — showcasing the firm’s ability to manage complex, multi-home projects with the same attention to detail found in their single-home builds.
Land Planning & Environmental Stewardship
Environmental responsibility was central to Arbor Ridge. Of the total 63 acres, 25 acres were donated back to the Town of Plymouth as conservation land and open space managed by the homeowners association (HOA). This not only preserved local ecology but also created lasting community value.
Because the property bordered wetlands and natural habitats, the team implemented strict environmental controls, including silt fencing around the entire perimeter, sediment barriers, and monitoring for red-bellied turtles, a protected species in the region. These proactive measures ensured that development respected the surrounding ecosystem while meeting all conservation requirements.
Engineering & Construction
The project required extensive coordination between civil engineers, environmental consultants, and town officials. Absolute’s in-house project management and long-standing local relationships made it possible to move from raw land to a finished neighborhood efficiently and responsibly.
Each of the 28 homes was custom built to complement the natural setting, featuring high-efficiency systems, energy-ready infrastructure, and the same quality craftsmanship that defines every Absolute home.
